Do you do prescription pick up too?

Yes we do. We help our clients pick up prescriptions. All you have to do is call us so we can get more information about the prescription and the pick up location.

What happens if I am not at home at the time of delivery?

Notify us ahead of time that you won’t be at home at the time of delivery and we will make another arrangement. Some customers request that we to leave nonperishable items by their door, but we prefer to come back at a time when customers are available.

Can I change/modify my order before delivery?

Yes. But please contact us as soon as you want to make a change in your order, so we can contact your shopper about your recent change. After the driver leaves the store to make the delivery we are unable to modify orders.

Where do you shop?

We shop at Walmart, Whole Foods, Kroger, CVS, Walgreens, Target and many order stores. We also shop in particular stores based on customer request.

 

Do you offer coupons?

Yes! Subscribe to our email list to receive special discounts.

What’s is the minimum order we take?

Good question! There is no minimum order.

How do I pay?

The Grocery Convenience web page provides an easy online payment method just like a traditional online shopping. You simply provide your debit or credit card information to authorize a one-time payment. Great news! We accept many form of card payments.

What is the cost of delivery?

Grocery convenience has a low cost of delivery, no monthly charges, and no hidden fees. We simply charge $9.99 per delivery + $2.50 for gas and we have no minimum order.

What is the Delivery time?

You tell us when you want us to deliver and we will not disappoint! We deliver in 30 – 60 minutes depending on the size of your order. In the rare event that your order is taking additional time due to order size or a busy shopping market, we will inform you to let you know the status of your delivery time.

Can I schedule my order for weeks or days in advance?

At Grocery Convenience we are sincere when we say your convenience is key. Many of our clients schedule their grocery weeks or days ahead and they also have the time and opportunity to modify orders if necessary. This is a great way to stay within a monthly grocery budget.

Can I order from by phone?

Yes. You can order from by phone, email, or any form of communication. Just send your grocery list to us and we will find a way to make it work.

What happens if there is an error in my order?

We always make sure that our clients have the opportunity to check their order upon delivery but sometimes this isn’t best for a client’s schedule. That’s why we give all customers 24 hours to contact us if any order error is discovered. We will be sure to take care of it with no worries.
